Michleham Property Investments was set up in 2002, to initially specialise in the purchase of Freehold ground rent investments. We have managed to acquire numerous ground rents in blocks ranging from 6-150 units, right across the UK, with an emphasis on maximising values through professional asset management, together with prioritising the well-being of our lessees in terms of professional estate management.
In addition to our ground rent property investments, we have over the past 15 years expanded the portfolio, in order to give us a mix of tenants/uses, into other areas of the property market, that we believe have good prospects for capital growth and future development opportunities. These include car parks, office buildings, retail, leisure & residential development. Our emphasis is always the speculative end of the market which most buyers are put off, particularly with lack of funding available, but that’s where we are able score though our cash reserves, funding and various equity partners.
